What we do

Choosing the Right Approach.

We will work with you to decide the outcome you need, then deliver the content that gets you there. If you already know what you want, skip to the end and send us the drawings.

Still Visualisations

Exteriors, interiors, aerials and masterplan views.

One captivating image can carry a design idea further than a full drawing set, and it can do it in a room where nobody reads plans.

Good for: testing a design while it’s still moving; a competition board; a planning submission; a sales brochure; a board paper that needs to land in ten seconds.

What we’ll ask you for: the model in whatever state it’s in, the elevations, a materials schedule if you have one, and the deadline that's most important.

Worth knowing: a set of three considered views usually does more than eight rushed ones. We always advise for maximum outcome.

Verified Views & AVRs

Accurate, survey-controlled views you can submit as evidence.

We coordinate the surveys, the data capture and the visualisation, following the Landscape Institute’s guidance on visual representation. That means camera positions, lens data, survey control and the accuracy claim are all documented and repeatable.

Good for: townscape and visual impact assessment; heritage and setting; tall buildings; anything going to committee where the view is contested; appeals.

What we’ll ask you for: the viewpoints agreed with the local authority, or the opportunity to advise on these. The earlier we’re in that conversation, the fewer surprises later.

Not every application needs the highest level of accuracy. We’ll help you agree with the planning authority which type of view it actually needs, so you don’t pay for precision nobody asked for.

Film & Animation

Flythroughs, concept animation, promotional films, cinemagraphs.

Motion is worth it when the thing you’re explaining is a sequence: an approach, a route through a masterplan, a phased build, how a space changes through the day. We will undertake a full scoping exercise with you before undertaking any work.

Our drone team is in house and qualified, so aerial photography and filming can be shot by the same team producing the CGI.

Good for: consultation events; investor and marketing campaigns; explaining phasing; a scheme whose argument is about narrative and journey.

Virtual Tours & VR

Panoramic tours and immersive walkthroughs.

Useful when someone needs to understand scale and adjacency rather than look at a picture: a resident at a consultation event, a tenant deciding on a floor, a client signing off an interior they can’t visit.

Good for: public consultation; marketing suites; remote sign-off; anything where spatial feeling and experience is critical.

Still not sure which

Tell us the outcome you’re looking for.

We’ll advise you on what you need to achieve it, and roughly what it takes. If it’s a job we’re not right for, we’ll say that too.

We reply within one working day.
