Our Manchester studio is at 1 Silk Street. We make images, films and verified views for architects and developers whose schemes need planning, funding or buyers, and you talk directly to the artists making them.

We work as one studio across Manchester and Glasgow. Oli or Alastair will pick up your enquiry, and once the work starts you’ll talk directly to the artists making your images. Meet the studio
What we make
Exteriors, interiors, aerials and masterplans, for design reviews, competitions, planning and sales.
Survey-controlled views for townscape and visual impact assessment, made to Landscape Institute guidance so they can be independently verified.
Flythroughs, launch films and consultation animations. Our own qualified drone team films the real site to match.
360° tours for consultation events, sales suites and sign-off from a distance.
A verified view is a photograph taken from a surveyed position, with your model placed in it to a known accuracy, and a methodology a planning officer can check. We make them to the Landscape Institute’s guidance.
Not every application needs the highest level of accuracy. We’ll help you agree with the local planning authority which type of view it actually needs, and help choose the viewpoints if they aren’t fixed yet.
